Steps

1. In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. 2. In a separate bowl, add buttermilk. 3. In a third bowl, combine flour, cajun seasoning, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. 4. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 5. Dip each chicken thigh into the buttermilk and after that dip it in the flour mixture, coating it evenly. 6. Fry the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until it is golden brown and cooked through. Make sure to reduce the heat once the chicken is added to the skillet. 7. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
