Soy Sauce Glazed Chicken Thighs

Steps

1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken thigh in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and place it skin-side down in the skillet. 5. Cook for about 6-7 minutes until the skin is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes. 6. Pour the reserved marinade over the chicken and cover the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). 7. Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and garnish with green onion before serving.
