Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Pour the soy sauce glaze over the chicken, coating it well. Allow it to simmer for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
6. Serve the glazed chicken and vegetables over cooked rice or noodles.
