
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Season the chicken with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes. Flip over and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
- In a baking dish, place the chicken, add the uncooked rice, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, and tomatoes.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
- Serve and enjoy!
