Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Season the chicken with paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes. Flip over and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
4. In a baking dish, place the chicken, add the uncooked rice, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, and tomatoes.
5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
6. Serve and enjoy!
