
Steps
- Rinse the black beans and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.
- Add the black beans to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the black beans and vegetables and stir to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
