
Steps
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for another minute.
- Stir in the diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add spices (garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder) and salt. Mix well.
- Pour in a little water, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook basmati rice according to package instructions.
- For the raita, mix yogurt, diced cucumber, and fresh coriander in a bowl.
- Assemble your bento box: place rice, chicken curry, and raita in separate compartments.
