Spinach and Artichoke Penne

Delicious and creamy pasta dish with spinach and artichoke, cooked in one pot in under 30 minutes!

Steps

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne and cook for 8 minutes until al dente. 2. Drain the penne and rinse. 3. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. 4. Add garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant. 5. Mix in the alfredo sauce and cook until it starts to bubble. 6. Add spinach and artichoke and stir well. 7. Add the cooked penne, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper. Stir to combine everything. 8. Cook until the spinach is wilted and the sauce is creamy. 9. Serve with more Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
