Spinach and Chicken Rice Bowl

A flavorful and nutritious rice bowl featuring tender chicken, sautéed spinach, and crispy potatoes, all topped with caramelized onions.

Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-sear until fully cooked. Slice into strips. 2. In a pan, heat some olive oil and sauté the sliced onions until caramelized. Remove and set aside. 3. In the same pan, add a bit more oil and cook the diced potatoes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside. 4. Cook the rice according to package instructions. 5. In a separate pan, wilt the fresh spinach with a little oil. 6. To assemble the bowl, start with a base of rice, then arrange the chicken strips, caramelized onions, crispy potatoes, and sautéed spinach on top. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
