Tagrian and Rice

This delicious main dish combines traditional Arabic spices and succulent Tagrian with fluffy Basmati Rice.

Steps

1. Cook the Basmati Rice according to the instructions on the package. 2. Heat oil in a large pan on medium heat. 3. Add minced ginger and garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 4. Add Tagrian and sauté for 2 minutes. 5. Add the vegetable broth and all of the spices. Stir. 6. Once the mixture begins to bubble, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until the Tagrian has softened. 7. Serve the Tagrian over the Basmati Rice.
