1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. 4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey. 5. Reduce heat to low and pour the ketchup mixture over the chicken. 6.
