A simple rice dish of mushrooms, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, and rice, perfect for week dinners!
Steps: 1. Heat a skillet on medium heat and add mushrooms, onions and potatoes. 2. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until soft. 3. Add the tomato and rice to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes. 4. Serve warm and enjoy!
