Steps

1. Brew a strong cup of black tea and let it cool. 2. In a bowl, combine the cooled tea, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. 3. Marinate the chicken breast in this tea mixture for at least 30 minutes. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 5. Remove the chicken from the marinade, pat dry slightly, and cook on each side for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. 6. In the last few minutes, pour the remaining marinade into the pan and simmer until slightly thickened to create a glaze. 7. Drizzle the glaze over the chicken and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. 8. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
