Steps
1. Brew a strong cup of black tea and let it cool.

3. Marinate the chicken breast in this tea mixture for at least 30 minutes.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
5. Remove the chicken from the marinade, pat dry slightly, and cook on each side for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
6. In the last few minutes, pour the remaining marinade into the pan and simmer until slightly thickened to create a glaze.
7. Drizzle the glaze over the chicken and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
8. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
