Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch to create the teriyaki sauce.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
3. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken in the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken.
4. While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli until tender (about 4 minutes).
5. Serve the teriyaki chicken over the cooked rice, top with steamed broccoli, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
