Tomato and Shrimp Curry

This delicious tomato and shrimp curry is a healthy Indian side dish. Perfect for lunch or dinner!

Steps

  1. Heat the mustard oil in a pan on medium heat.
  2. Add cumin, mustard, and onions. Let it saute for around 1 minute or until onions are lightly browned.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until it has cooked through.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes and let it simmer for around 4 minutes.
  5. Add coriander and salt, and let it cook for 1 minute.
  6. Serve hot.

  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 7-8 ounces of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 can of crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of coriander
  • Salt to taste
