
Steps
- Heat the mustard oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Add cumin, mustard, and onions. Let it saute for around 1 minute or until onions are lightly browned.
- Add shrimp and cook until it has cooked through.
- Add crushed tomatoes and let it simmer for around 4 minutes.
- Add coriander and salt, and let it cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot.

- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 7-8 ounces of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of coriander
- Salt to taste
