Turkish Manti (Dumplings)

A delicious Turkish dish featuring tiny dumplings filled with seasoned ground meat, served with garlic yogurt sauce and a drizzle of spiced butter.

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine the flour, egg, and salt. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper for the filling. 3. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into small squares. 4. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each square and fold into a triangle, pressing the edges to seal. 5. Boil the dumplings in salted water until they float to the surface, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. 6. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with garlic and salt to make the sauce. 7. In a small pan, melt the butter and add paprika and mint for the spiced butter. 8. Serve the cooked dumplings with yogurt sauce and drizzle with spiced butter.
