Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place the cod and the trout fillet in the oven and oven bake for 15 minutes.
3. Remove from the oven. Peel off the skin and break into small pieces with a fork and place in a bowl.
4. Add lettuce, mayonnaise, and soy sauce.
5. Mix the ingredients all together, until the salad is well combined.
6. Serve the salad in a bowl and enjoy !
