Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
5. Stir in the capers, lemon juice, and butter, mixing until the butter is melted and the sauce is combined.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and cook for an additional minute.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
