Steps
Steps of Preparation:
1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the beef, onion, and carrots, stirring frequently. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the beef is browned and the vegetables are soft.
3. Add the beans, chickpeas, tartaric powder, sumac, coriander, and cumin. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper.
5. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Serve warm with a side of your choice.
