Steps
1.In a bowl, combine the minced lamb with the cumin, cinnamon, coriander, salt and pepper and mix until evenly combined.
2.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3.Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes or until softened.
4.Add the meat mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring to break up any clumps.
5.Serve warm over a bed of cauliflower rice.
