Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and fry for 1 minute. 2. Add the chopped vegetables and fry for a few minutes until they start to soften. 3. Push the vegetables to the side and add the salmon. Fry until the salmon is cooked through, about 5 minutes. 4. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, honey, and cilantro, stirring everything together and cooking until the sauce thickens. 5. Serve warm with cooked white rice.
