Lemon and Thyme Salmon

This simple yet delicious keto salmon dish is a great main dish for your low-carb meal. The lemon and thyme gives the salmon a slight Mediterranean taste.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. 2. Heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat. 3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. 4. Add the salmon fillets to the pan, season with salt and pepper. 5. Cook the salmon until it's lightly golden, about 2 minutes per side. 6. Remove the fillets from the pan and place them on a baking sheet. 7. Drizzle the lemon juice and thyme over the top of the salmon. 8. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through. 9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
