Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. In a bowl mix together the ground pork, bacon, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
3. Form a patty with the pork mixture.
4. Spread the jam on one half of the patty.
5. Fold the patty to create a filled and sealed roll.
6. Line the baking tray with baking paper and place the roll in the tray.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the pork is fully cooked.
8. Let the roll sit for 5 minutes before serving.
