Beef Stew with Cassava Starch and Tropical Fruits

This is a delicious Brazilian stew with beef, coconut milk, cassava starch and tropical fruits such as pineapple and papaya. It's a light and flavourful main course!

Steps

Instructions: 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. 2. Add the garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant. 3. Add the beef and cook for a few minutes until slightly browned. 4. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes. 5. Add the cassava starch and mix until well combined. 6. Add the papaya and pineapple. Simmer for 5 minutes. 7. Season with salt and pepper. 8. Serve in a bowl with a side of rice or bread.
