Steps

3. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in the beer, ensuring the chicken is mostly submerged.
6. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
7. Remove the chicken and let the sauce thicken for another 5 minutes.
8. Serve the chicken topped with the sauce and garnished with chopped parsley.
