Steps of Preparation:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the beef and chicken, season with garlic powder and smoked paprika, and cook until the beef and chicken are cooked through.
3. Add the potatoes and beans to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through.
4. Add the cooked white rice and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring to combine all the ingredients.
5. Taste and adjust the seasonings, if desired.
6. Transfer to a serving platter, top with chopped parsley or cilantro, and serve.
