Cajun Chicken and Cheese Keto Bowl

This delicious and easy to prepare dish is the perfect combination of Cajun flavors and Keto ingredients. Cooked chicken is combined with cheese, crunchy cereal plus baby bella mushrooms and topped with diced peaches and pineapple for added sweetness.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. In a medium bowl combine chicken, cheese and cereal. 3. Spread mixture in an 8x8 baking dish. 4. Add mushrooms to dish and mix with chicken mixture. 5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. 6. Remove dish from oven and top with diced peaches and pineapple. 7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. 8. Serve warm and enjoy!
