- On a plate, alternate the slices of tomato and mozzarella, creating a circular or linear pattern.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the tomato and mozzarella slices.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the arranged salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
