Steps
1. Slice the tomato and mozzarella into even rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
2. On a plate, alternate the slices of tomato and mozzarella, creating a circular or linear pattern.
3. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the tomato and mozzarella slices.
4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the arranged salad.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
