Steps

Steps: 1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add the carrots, onions and potatoes to the pan and sauté for 10 minutes. 3. Add the white wine to the pan and reduce until the liquid is almost gone. 4. Add the spinach and let it cook for 3 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
