Chocolate-Strawberry Swiss Meringue

1. Preheat the oven to 200 F. 2. Using an electric whisk, whisk the egg whites until they are light and fluffy. 3. Add in the sugar and continue to whisk until the mixture is glossy. 4. Add in the cocoa powder and whisk until incorporated. 5. Fold in the strawberry chocolate chips, strawberry extract, and pinch of salt. 6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pipe the meringue mixture into small circles over the parchment. 7. Bake the meringues in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. 8. Allow the meringues to cool before serving.
