Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cauliflower rice, broccoli, carrot, bell pepper, yogurt, and egg. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top of the casserole.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
