Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the diced bell peppers and cook until slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, sautéed peppers, milk, and half of the cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
5. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
