1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. 2. Thinly slice the leek and mushrooms. 3. Cut the chicken into small cubes. 4. Put the chicken in an oven-safe dish and season with salt and pepper. 5. Add the sliced leeks and mushrooms. 6. Drizzle cream over the mixture. 7. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese. 8. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. 9. Enjoy!
