Steps
1. In a bowl, mix whiskey, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive oil to create the marinade.
2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers alternately.
