Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, melted dark chocolate, sweet corn, beaten egg, chopped pickle, sugar, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are nicely incorporated.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and flatten them slightly to form small patties.
4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Remove from the pan and let cool slightly before serving.
