Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.
6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
