1. Score the duck breast skin in a crisscross pattern and season with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the duck breast skin-side down until crispy, then flip and cook to desired doneness. Rest the duck. 3. In the same pan, combine honey, orange zest, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Simmer until thickened. 4. Slice the duck breast and drizzle with the orange glaze. Garnish with fresh parsley.
