Steps

1. Start by preheating a grill or grill pan over medium heat. 2. Toss the sliced red and green bell peppers in olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Grill the peppers for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are charred and tender. 4. While the peppers are grilling, peel and dice the mango and avocado. 5. In a bowl, combine the grilled peppers, diced mango, and avocado. 6. Add the thinly sliced red onion, lime juice, and additional salt and pepper to taste. 7. Gently toss everything together to combine without mashing the avocado. 8. Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
