Steps
1. Preheat a skillet on medium-high heat.
2. Pour the beer into the skillet and allow it to simmer until reduced by half.
3. Slice the cantaloupe and mango and place them in the reduced beer to soak for two minutes.
4. Toast the slices of bread in the skillet or on a griddle.
5. Add the mushrooms and olives to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes.
6. Once the vegetables are cooked to your desired level, spoon them on top of one of the slices of bread and top with the cantaloupe and mango slices.
7. Place the other piece of bread on top of the sandwich.
8. Cut the sandwich into desired size, and enjoy!
