Steps
1. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and place in a bowl.
2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Cut into cubes and add to the bowl with the cucumber.
3. Add the red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro to the bowl.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
6. Serve the salad chilled.
