Steps
Steps of Preparation:
1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the white rice and cook, covered, for 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the cucumbers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, olive oil, and sesame seed oil.
3. Once the rice is finished, mix the cucumber mixture with the cooked rice.
4. Top with fresh chives or green onion.
