Gradually add the whisked egg to the fish mixture until well combined. 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 5. Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil, frying in batches. 6. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. 7. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. 8. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
