Steps

1. In a bowl, whisk the egg and set aside. 2. In another bowl, mix the chopped fish, onion, gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. 3. Gradually add the whisked egg to the fish mixture until well combined. 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 5. Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil, frying in batches. 6. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. 7. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. 8. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
