Steps
1. Begin by cooking the white rice as per the instructions on the package.
2. Next, in a bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil together for the marinade.
3. Place the fish into the marinade and set aside for at least 10 minutes.
4. Heat a pan over medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil.
5. Carefully place the marinated fish and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes.
6. Add the carrots to the pan and cook for additional 3-4 minutes.
7. Serve the carrots, fish and rice on a plate. Enjoy!
