1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp. 4. Pour in soy sauce, toss to coat evenly, and cook for another 1-2 minutes. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. 7. Serve hot over cooked jasmine rice if desired.
