Steps

1. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a simmer. Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. 2. Add carrots, bell pepper, broccoli, and mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender. 3. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. 4. Place the cooked noodles in a bowl and pour the vegetable broth and veggies over them. 5. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and torn nori. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
