
Steps
- In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a simmer. Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add carrots, bell pepper, broccoli, and mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Place the cooked noodles in a bowl and pour the vegetable broth and veggies over them.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and torn nori.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy your garden vegetable ramen!
