
Steps
- Peel and slice the carrot into thin rounds.
- Finely chop the garlic and onion.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and onion to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced carrots to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the carrots and stir to coat.
- Cover the pan and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
- Serve hot as a main dish or as a side with rice or noodles.
