Steps
1. Peel and slice the carrot into thin rounds.
2. Finely chop the garlic and onion.
3. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
4. Add the garlic and onion to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
5. Add the sliced carrots to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.
7. Pour the sauce over the carrots and stir to coat.
8. Cover the pan and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
9. Serve hot as a main dish or as a side with rice or noodles.
