Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add the shrimp and basil to the skillet, and season it with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring the shrimp in the skillet occasionally, until the shrimp is cooked through.
4. Serve the shrimp over extr cooked basmati rice, if desired.
