Steps
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the cleaned clams to the skillet and cover with a lid.
4. Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking the skillet occasionally, until the clams open up.
5. Discard any clams that do not open.
6. Stir in the remaining butter, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
