Steps
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the trout fillet with olive oil and then press the herb breadcrumb mixture onto the flesh side.
4. Place the trout in the skillet, crust side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
5. Carefully flip the trout and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
6. In a separate small pan, melt the butter over low heat, then stir in the lemon juice.
7. Serve the trout topped with the lemon butter sauce and garnish with a lemon slice.
