Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of curry powder.
3. Cook chicken in the pan until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant and translucent.
5. Add another tablespoon of curry powder and stir well.
6. Slice the cooked chicken breast into strips and add it back to the pan. Mix well with the curry mixture.
7. Serve the garlic curry chicken over a bed of cooked rice.
