Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the ginger glaze over the salmon fillet, ensuring it's evenly coated.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
